About Terry McDonald

I came to real estate 16 years ago after more than 20 years in residential building as a designer, builder and renovator. I started in real estate with websites and helping relocating families, and then began listing homes about 13 years ago. I"m consistently in the top 2% for Realtors nationally. I regularly use my more than 20 years of marketing experience in selling my clients homes. I formed the McDonald Group and recruited my son Bobby in 2013; we've been helping sellers and buyers win in real estate ever since. "Helping Clients Win" means helping them reach their real estate goals, buying or selling. For buyers, it means implementing a process designed to help them 1) See Everything, and 2) Not over pay for their house.
